Effective August 27, 2026. This plain-language notice describes the public CHEMDAS website and evaluation process. Contractual customer terms may add specific commitments.
Information we receive
We receive information you submit through contact and assessment forms, technical request information needed to respond, and deliverables you intentionally provide for evaluation.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond, evaluate compatibility, operate and secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Deliverable assessments
You may remove client identifiers before submission. Access is limited to people involved in the evaluation. Retention and deletion expectations are confirmed as part of the assessment handoff.
