Quick Response
Our team will reach out within 1 business day to schedule your assessment.
Expert Consultation
Speak with people who understand what actually happens to your data when a legacy system like GIS\Key goes away.
Custom Migration Plan
Get a tailored plan for migrating your data from GIS\Key 3.1 exports or GIS\Key EDDs into CHEMDAS.
No Obligation
No obligation — a real deliverable in, an audit report back, whether or not you choose CHEMDAS.
What We'll Actually Tell You
No guesswork about what's in your data. Just what we found and what it means.
What's In Your Files
We'll walk through what your GIS\Key export or GIS\Key EDD actually contains — results, QC records, and the tables that are easy to miss if you only look at the results file.
What Stays As-Reported
We'll show you exactly which values CHEMDAS preserves untouched and which are derived alongside them — so you know what you can still defend to a regulator.
What It Would Take
A concrete migration plan — no invented timelines, no vague "custom formats" promise. What CHEMDAS reads today, and what happens if a file falls outside that.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the assessment take?
The initial assessment call typically takes 30-45 minutes. We'll discuss your data situation, current challenges, and potential solutions.
What data formats can CHEMDAS import?
GIS\Key 3.1 database exports, GIS\Key EDDs, and the CHEMDAS native spreadsheet format. If your files fall outside those three, we'll tell you that directly during the assessment rather than guess.
Is my data secure?
Here is the honest shape of it. Every tenant-owned model carries a global tenant scope, enforced by a coverage test that fails the build if a table is neither scoped nor documented as an exemption — not by memory. Files are served through signed URLs, and access is governed by per-verb permissions with strict session controls. What we do not have: SOC 2 certification, or database-level row-level security, which is on the roadmap rather than shipped. If your procurement needs something we do not hold, we would rather tell you on the assessment call than after.
What happens after I submit this form?
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately, and a member of our team will reach out within 1 business day to schedule your assessment call.
